DELVE INTO MY FLAVOURS
All of my 4” high cakes are made with three layers of sponge and are made using the highest quality of ingredients. My fondant cakes are fully covered with either a white or dark chocolate ganache, this will give the cakes tidy edges and a faultless appearance.

Victoria Sponge Cake
Victoria sponges, brushed with vanilla syrup, filled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and homemade raspberry jam. Fantastic!
Sticky Toffee Sponge Cake
Rich and sticky toffee sponges filled with a homemade decadent toffee sauce and light and custardy German buttercream. Delicious!
Lemon Meringue Cake
Succulent delicate lemon sponges, dowsed with lemon syrup, filled with fresh homemade lemon curd and lemon American buttercream. Luscious!

Baileys and chocolate sponges filled with Baileys Swiss meringue buttercream. Lip-smacking!
Vegan Zingy Lemon and Blueberry Cake
Inside: Moist and moreish vegan lemon and blueberry sponges, drenched in vanilla syrup and filled with vegan lemon buttercream.
Outside: Smothered with vegan lemon buttercream and beautifully finished off with swirls of vegan lemon buttercream and fresh blueberries. Magnificent!
Vegan Indulgent Chocolate Coconut Cake
Inside: A delightful fluffy vegan chocolate cake, generously sandwiched together with delicious coconut vegan buttercream.
Outside: Glazed with a velvety chocolate ganache, this showstopper is topped with fresh slithers of coconut, honeycomb, irresistible caramel popcorn and fresh raspberries. Exquisite!

My exquisite boxed cupcakes are bedecked with Swiss meringue piping. You will be able to choose up to 3 different flavours for your regular 12 boxed cupcakes. The flavours are below:
